Meet Lacey

Lacey had been a lead stylist at Moda since 2017. She trained and worked downtown Bellevue prior to Moda. Lacey specializes in a range of advanced services, but focuses on blondes and dimensional color with stubborn grey hair. Lacey also manages the apprenticeship/Education  program at Moda.
